Tembo are amazing!

Tembo are amazing! Communication was first class. They put my faith back in mortgage brokers. Sadly when I was buying my first house the broker I used didn’t call me back, never kept me updated on my application and left me completely in the dark until I suddenly received a letter in the post telling me I had a mortgage offer. It was a terrible experience. Tembo were nothing like that, the complete opposite. I received updates every couple of days so I never had to chase them. My advisor and case manager were so friendly, helpful and reassuring. They really took the time to support me buying my next home. I will forever be grateful to them. Excellent service overall.

Excellent service overall. I felt they genuinely cared about finding a mortgage that matched my parameters and were responsive throughout the process. However, I would have appreciated more proactive guidance on optimisation. I later realised that increasing my deposit slightly would have unlocked a better rate, which wasn’t suggested at the time.
