Helena was absolutely fabulous, taking the time to understand my situation and guide me to the best deal. Even when the first property fell through she helped and then when I returned for the successful purchase she pulled up my previous information so quickly you wouldn't have thought it had been nearly a year. Amazing service!

After a lengthy process after being let down by our previous broker. Bhavini stepped in and stepped up. She worked extremely hard for a few days looking at products to get us an AIP. Lorna and Emma have been amazing

Lorna and Emma have both been fantastic to work with as a first‑time buyer i literally had no idea how getting a mortgage works. lorna was my initial contact and she was so friendly and upbeat. She explained everything in detail and always replied to my emails quickly, even when she was on holiday! On application we had a couple of minor hurdles which she helped me to overcome, whilst ensuring i didnt stress or worry. Later on Emma also joined the party and has been equally as professional and efficient. Emma has kept me updated right through to my mortgage offer came through today.
