Renewed car insurance without telling me. DO NOT USE!!

Tescobank have auto renwed my car insurance without even telling me in advance. I arranged other insurance as I do every year. They have taken over £400 from my account which takes me over my credit limit and I will now incur bank charges. I see many others have experienced this, DISGUSTING! Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Accident Claim

I had an accident last night unfortunately writing my car off and damaging another car. From my first call 20 mins after the accident to my call the next morning to the Total Loss customer service team first rate service. Would highly recommend to my family and friends. Unprofessional staffe

I'm was customer of this company since 5 years this year some one hit my car that was he's fault but Tesco company couldn't sort the matter out... When making a claim. There rubbish

Tesco is trying to do me over!!! The story is i had just come off broad street onto cross lane. Now there was a guy in a car in a parking postion on my left edging forward a silver car on my right. Now the guy on my left decides to pull out and do a Uturn. The car obviously is edging forward to wait for silver car to go past the ln i come driveing at 20-25 miles per hour down the road. I swerved to avoid him but was to late... yet they put me at fault now the cctv i got for them says it doesnt go in my favour as it looks like he is on the main road which he wasnt now i know the truth. So if the cctv doesnt show that it definatley cant show im lieing. Possible one of the most terrible things to hapoen to me and tesco just speak to me like rubbish it isnt fair. Stay clear as i believe that tesco are treating me like this as the other driver is too. So they dont care about me Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Newer car, lower CC but a lot more money

Currently a policy holder and was trying to change my car insurance from one car to another that I was hoping to buy. The car was newer and engine size was lower but I was told it'd cost double my current monthly payments. Yet, checking confused.com I could get the same insurance for a lot less with the same place... Tesco. So I rang them for information and they told me over the phone this was due to under writers and to cancel my policy so I could reapply for the better price would cost 85 cancellation.
