Keeping it simple

I used to spend hours checking out car insurance when mine was due for renewal every year. That was until I switched to Tesco Bank Car Insurance. My premium has hardly changed over the last 4 years and I still receive the same benefits. The customer service is top notch and any changes can be made online, therefore not costing the usual admin fees. All in all, a great service. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Well done!

I recently had a claim for no fault of mine, and the advisors were brilliant, from start to finish. They guided me right through the process, keeping me updated via a text message and making sure everything was in order. I would highly recommend it. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2020

Worst service. Do not use

Absolutely awful service from start to finish. Tried to make me claim twice and pay 2 excesses after the boot lock was damaged due to glass after someone smashed my back windscreen. Couldn't get through on the phone on a Sunday as they are closed and then no one calls you back. Two advisors were very apologetic and friendly but the 3rd was absolutely useless, uninterested and a waste of time. Will not be renewing with them and won't be renewing my house and pet insurance and mobile contract with them either. Reviewed on: 19th June 2020

They put you in false claim without letting you know

Great product, good value

Renewed car insurance without telling me. DO NOT USE!!

Tescobank have auto renwed my car insurance without even telling me in advance. I arranged other insurance as I do every year. They have taken over £400 from my account which takes me over my credit limit and I will now incur bank charges. I see many others have experienced this, DISGUSTING! Reviewed on: 7th February 2020

Accident Claim

I had an accident last night unfortunately writing my car off and damaging another car. From my first call 20 mins after the accident to my call the next morning to the Total Loss customer service team first rate service. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.
