Unprofessional staffe

I'm was customer of this company since 5 years this year some one hit my car that was he's fault but Tesco company couldn't sort the matter out... All companies send awareness later before insurance expiry date my insurance has been expiry since three days and we weren't aware lucky i received letter your policy has been cancelled since three then I bought new insuy with different provider avoid unprofessional insurance company Reviewed on: 17th January 2020

Shit

I’ve literally been on this two months and they have fucked me over more than I can count. I get a letter in the post saying one thing and they do something else. They limit your miles for driving at peak hours. I WORK?????? honestly awful Reviewed on: 24th December 2019

When making a claim. There rubbish

Tesco is trying to do me over!!! The story is i had just come off broad street onto cross lane. Now there was a guy in a car in a parking postion on my left edging forward a silver car on my right. Now the guy on my left decides to pull out and do a Uturn. The car obviously is edging forward to wait for silver car to go past the ln i come driveing at 20-25 miles per hour down the road. I swerved to avoid him but was to late... yet they put me at fault now the cctv i got for them says it doesnt go in my favour as it looks like he is on the main road which he wasnt now i know the truth. So if the cctv doesnt show that it definatley cant show im lieing. Possible one of the most terrible things to hapoen to me and tesco just speak to me like rubbish it isnt fair. Stay clear as i believe that tesco are treating me like this as the other driver is too. So they dont care about me Reviewed on: 11th December 2019

Newer car, lower CC but a lot more money

Currently a policy holder and was trying to change my car insurance from one car to another that I was hoping to buy. The car was newer and engine size was lower but I was told it'd cost double my current monthly payments. Yet, checking confused.com I could get the same insurance for a lot less with the same place... Tesco. So I rang them for information and they told me over the phone this was due to under writers and to cancel my policy so I could reapply for the better price would cost 85 cancellation. Worst insurance company ever.

Worst insurance company ever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! You buy insurance for your home just in case anything happens they will not pay but they are happy to take and keep your money. Reviewed on: 13th November 2019

never use them

3 months after the crash and still waiting. they have even written to me acknowledging I have a legitimate complaint and that they regret not meeting the required standard of service, but we still rung them every day and get prevarication, delay ans inaction. if i billed them for hours wasted it would double the payout due. Poor service and shocking attitude

I have a personal loan with them and despite all payments being made on time, my credit report has been attacked. After speaking to them they said "there is nothing they can do". Not sure how this is allowed. Sad stuff really. Reviewed on: 3rd November 2019
