Go anywhere else scaming people out of their hard earned money

At first things seemed good till i tried to change my car insurance over for my partner for her new car by which we rang and only bought the car because of the quote we was given, we was told their would be transfer fee of £88 which we understood called back after buying the car and their was a further £350 on top of the £88 we argued this matter we didnt insure the new car, we then got told they would investigate after half an hour a lady called us back saying they will uphold what we was told as we was correct so we paid, about a week later we got letters and ph9ne calls saying we still owe them everything nothing was sorted or taken off absolute scammers we raised a complaint didnt even get to talk to any1 to have our say except we recieved a letter saying they have investigated by asking their team!! What an utter joke we could however raise the matter with ombudsman services which the letter gave us the details it did however state that they would not comply with anything from ombudsman nor have their permission to investigate any off their records or anything about our complaint,this company is a joke and the team clearly do not know what they are doing nore talking about take your custom else where somewhere that actually appreciates its customers and owns up to a mistake this overall experience cost us a grand total of over £6000 after buying a car aswell under their recommendation about our insurance price p.s also tried lieing saying it was a different car we was quoted another 1 of their mistakes Reviewed on: 3rd May 2018

Shocking company

I was supposed to be buying a car so insured it with tesco, got there and the garage changed the terms so called Tesco to cancel the policy and they've taken £50 of my money off me, for not being conned into buying a car? Kicker is that they expect me to wait 10 working days for my own money, and then take £50 off me Intolerant staff, rude, uninterested in customers - was going to insure my other car with them but I'd rather not drive. Awful to deal with! Will never be using again

Was with them for 4 years. When the time came to make a claim, it took 2+ hours to get through to anyone each time I rang and took them months to authorise work to be done at my local garage, I had to ring numerous times to chase it up and was fobbed off with a different excuse every time. They have now recognised a fault with my telematics box and sent an email saying they had contacted me multiple times asking me to ring them about it (I had received nothing from them). I rang and asked if I could arrange for the engineer to come out after my final university exams were over as I was in the middle of them and wouldn’t be able to leave an exam to give an engineer my keys to which I was told ‘well surely you can just leave your keys with a flat mate on the day and use public transport instead can’t you?’ Even though I had explained all of my flat mates would also be in exactly the same exams as me! I requested an appointment on a specific date which is just under a month away when my exams are finished to be told they can’t wait that long and they will be cancelling my policy. big mistake to deal with this company

Don't recommend anybody to buy insurance from this company. I tried to speak with their costumer services but the lady wasn't helpful at all and just repeating the same sentences.  Reviewed on: 16th April 2018

MOST THIEVING CAR INSURANCE COMPANY ON EARTH

If it was not bad enough a woman crashed into me took full blame and wrote off my brand new first car I ever owned. They were AWFUL. I got half of what I paid from the car, the worlds worst solicitors, I was supplied a piece of shit hire car for 10 days, was of work and nobody helped me with a thing. DID I MENTION THEY STILL MAKE YOU PAY INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR, INSURANCE FOR THE CAR YOU DONT HAVE.... Oh and they'll tell you to make a payment on the 1st of every month but take £20 out your account a day before the payments due and call it 'late payment'. All this company care about is ££££££. Dont fall into the trap. I have lost everything and more. They will rob you blind Reviewed on: 15th March 2018
