Awful to deal with! Will never be using again

Was with them for 4 years. When the time came to make a claim, it took 2+ hours to get through to anyone each time I rang and took them months to authorise work to be done at my local garage, I had to ring numerous times to chase it up and was fobbed off with a different excuse every time. They have now recognised a fault with my telematics box and sent an email saying they had contacted me multiple times asking me to ring them about it (I had received nothing from them). I rang and asked if I could arrange for the engineer to come out after my final university exams were over as I was in the middle of them and wouldn’t be able to leave an exam to give an engineer my keys to which I was told ‘well surely you can just leave your keys with a flat mate on the day and use public transport instead can’t you?’ Even though I had explained all of my flat mates would also be in exactly the same exams as me! I requested an appointment on a specific date which is just under a month away when my exams are finished to be told they can’t wait that long and they will be cancelling my policy. Polite, easy and very helpful

big mistake to deal with this company

Don't recommend anybody to buy insurance from this company. I tried to speak with their costumer services but the lady wasn't helpful at all and just repeating the same sentences.  Reviewed on: 16th April 2018

MOST THIEVING CAR INSURANCE COMPANY ON EARTH

If it was not bad enough a woman crashed into me took full blame and wrote off my brand new first car I ever owned. They were AWFUL. I got half of what I paid from the car, the worlds worst solicitors, I was supplied a piece of shit hire car for 10 days, was of work and nobody helped me with a thing. DID I MENTION THEY STILL MAKE YOU PAY INSURANCE FOR THE YEAR, INSURANCE FOR THE CAR YOU DONT HAVE.... Oh and they'll tell you to make a payment on the 1st of every month but take £20 out your account a day before the payments due and call it 'late payment'. All this company care about is ££££££. Rip off

My quote went up £158 had Made no claims off you in 4 years your new quote is now £550 looks elsewhere got the same type of insurance for £260. Would never deal with you again and invite all friends and colleagues never to approach you. Reviewed on: 13th March 2018

Incompetent

Lost my incident paperwork twice, got my address wrong and sent to different wrong addresses twice, only opened letters from 3rd party once i called them, massive delays, stroppy operators on occasion, and you are a ‘number’ as far no apology and an almost related ‘standardised letter’ even when they get things wrong and compensate. Unless they think they can get something out of it (like hoping you will have an injury that will earn them something) they are pretty disinterested in fighting your corner. Be warned........ Rip off merchants!! Request a ridiculous list of documentation then cancel your policy if they can’t open an email attachment . Cannot say strongly enough how bad this company is!!! Reviewed on: 2nd February 2018

thieves and unprofessional

They wasted all my time. i was the one chasing them on everything.They sorted me almost a month later and hiked my insurance more than 60% of which i was not at fault. They said i can add a car to my half gone insurance policy which i pay monthly in the next 28 day, when i did they increased my premium by £700 and said if i don't want to i should cancel and pay the rest on the insurance policy. Don't bother

Been a customer for a year no claims they put my insurance up 20 quid. Said no as they gave me a cheaper quote online saving me nearly £70 so decided to go with my new quote she asked if I had a ccj against me of if I am bankrupt which I have 1 ccj against me they refused to insure me unless I paid the one of payment of over £1000 when I asked if I can go to renew it instead they said no because I already declined. Another customer lost. Now I'm paying more than what I ever have not happy. They don't look after their customers Reviewed on: 2nd January 2018
