I am extremely disappointed with Tesco Bank Insurance.

I am extremely disappointed with Tesco Bank Insurance. After being a loyal driver with 12 years of No Claims Discount (NCD), I made a claim following an unfortunate accident. Not only did they significantly undervalue my car when processing the claim, but they also slashed my NCD from 12 years down to just 3 years! This feels incredibly unfair and unprofessional, especially as I’ve never had a claim in over a decade. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they seem more interested in taking money than providing fair and transparent services to their customers. I expected much better from a well-known insurance provider. If you’re considering insuring your car with Tesco Bank Insurance, think twice—there are much better options out there that value customer loyalty and offer fairer claims processes. Great value all round cover

Tesco offered the best cover at the most affordable rate for people my age. Even included RAC breakdown, which as a young driver, I cannot afford to join on it's own. Very impressed with the options Tesco have given. Thankfully I have not had to claim, but I'm sure if I did they would be a great help. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2017

useless

After cancelling my car insurance and not informing me I was running around in my car not knowing that it had been cancelled due fact that they had not done a credit check even though I had been insured by them for the previous two weeks . Reviewed on: 16th March 2017

Disgustingly over priced

Awful service

Had to book 4 separate black box fittings - the engineers turned up at the wrong time, then the wrong house (having lied about calling my mobile and home phone, which never happened), then I received a call saying my recent appointment was moved to the AM but they arrived in the PM when I wasn't around. Always the cheapest

Tesco Bank are great I was a few days late with a payment and I did not get a charge. Most insurances would charge between £10 - £20 Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Never had any issues

Tesco have been good to us, only ever had to call them about adding people on to the insurance, renewal, update of details and to fix a cracked windscreen. Never had any issues. Thumbs up from us! Reviewed on: 27th February 2017

Infuriating

Have to disagree with tesco I'm afraid. Had a bump 6 years ago. They provided me with a lawyer who can't speak English and is deaf. Seriously. I have to use a translator it's quite infuriating. Deaf I don't mind but would be great if she could understand the English language. Reviewed on: 27th February 2017
