The WORST company EVER

By far the worst car insurance company I have had to deal with. Customer service is non-existent. The staff are rude and unhelpful. They went ahead and paid out to the third party without consulting me or obtaining any evidence from me. When I tried to cancel the renewal they made it very difficult for me to leave them. I cancelled in total FOUR TIMES. Reviewed on: 2nd November 2016

Terrible: ended up with IN10

Very disappointed. Tried emailing in no claims bonus.. Tescos had no email address that worked had to send no claims by post (Twice) which apparently they eventually received a day late so cancelled my insurance and did not inform me. They did however manage to take my payment. No surprise there! Long story short ended up with a IN10 after driving for 2 weeks unknowingly uninsured. Always been a honest working person last thing I expected was to be pulled in the back of a police car with my little boy.... Be careful!! Lesson learnt here!! Reviewed on: 15th October 2016

Monet grabbers

Got my renewal notice and at the time i was getting rid of the car, i explained that i no longer had the car so did not want to renew. Got charged £40 cancellation fee for stopping the insurance 10 days before end date. Will not use Tesco insurance again for car, house are pet insurance Reviewed on: 9th October 2016

The Worst Third Party Cover Policy in the world!!!

Liability to 3rd party. Check it out they do not cover you for driving a uninsured car along with some other geographical restrictions. This is typically worded so the average Jo would not realise. Now my wife's car insurance lapsed during the time my father passed since then a car bumped into me while driving her car. Tesco said we are not liable please check our policy booklet. Now since then my wife is now with Sheila's Wheels and if you are over 25years old they cover you as long as the car is MOT'ed and Taxed. Stay away from Tesco. Reviewed on: 28th September 2016
