Friendly, knowledgeable staff

We have a Tesco Clubcard Credit Card. We have had no issues with this card and chose it because we got 30 months interest free on purchases. We mainly interact with them through online banking but, on the occasion that I have had to call them, I have always been impressed that my phone call has been answered promptly. Also, the I have always found the staff on the phone to be extremely helpful, always managing to solve my query. Reviewed on: 11th May 2019

Full refund when firm went bust

Helped build my credit rating

A no-brainer

Not as rewarding as it used to be

Since the reduction in Clubcard rewards, the credit card isn't as rewarding as it used to be for those that pay off the balance in full each month. Reviewed on: 21st April 2019

Great rewards & excellent customer service

Fantastic customer service.

I have been a customer of tesco bank for car insurance and the clubcard credit card. The customer service i have recieved has been consistently excellent. Nothing is ever to much triuble, wait times are low and staff are very knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019
