Very new to them Direct Debit set up they did not take my payment then marked my credit file their error not mine they merged with Barclays now & they are doing the same thing to customers I have an excellent credit score, I am awaiting an investigation if not resolved fairly I will be taking Legal advice AVOID this company.. Tesco rewards partner Hotel.com

Used a Tesco Voucher to book a hotel through Hotel.com. Due to a technical issue with Hotel.com I was overcharged. Hotel.com didnt want to know neither did Tesco. Expected some support from Tesco but they just simply didnt want to know and said it wasnt their problem. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
