Great Credit Card - no problems!

We hadn't had a credit card before but decided to get one to benefit from the Clubcard points. It was quick and simple to set up, cards came really fast, it is simple to understand the bill and pay via online banking each month. No problems at all and we are earning Clubcard points for all our spending :) Reviewed on: 16th November 2016

Tesco CC has enabled us to have family holidays in lean times

We both hold tesco credit cards & use them to build up points which we then boost for our ferry journeys to go on holidays in the summer. Tesco CC have been great to deal with whenever we've had any trouble with fraud too. Reviewed on: 6th September 2016

Declined card

Appalling customer service from Tesco banking. Hubby and I visited Cheshire Oaks Outlet. Out of 130 shops, we made purchases in 12. We had dinner the night before and breakfast before shopping. Decided to pop into Bicester outlet on the way home. Shopped in one shop the our card was declined. NO PHONE CALL, NO EMAIL, NO TEXT. We were abandoned in Bicester with no means to buy fuel to get home and no means to buy food for my husband who is insulin dependant diabetic. Unable to speak to customer services as our passwords are locked in the safe at home. Prime example of Tesco looking after their own interests and not caring about their customer. Presently researching to find a card supplier who cares about their customer. Reviewed on: 5th September 2016
