The worst credit card company I have ever used, they...

The worst credit card company I have ever used, they call themselves a digital bank yet their app is a decade behind every other bank. Their customer service advisors are the worst you can deal with, so rude to the point your shocked at how they speak to you. If you ring more than once youl be advised different answers from different advisors and keep an eye on the interest they charge as they like to charge it when its not actually owed and its always oh sorry its a mistake. So far ahead of the rest

Tesco Clubcard Credit Card has all of the features and benefits that I love combined into one. It's a credit card, but every time I use it , get Clubcard points. Every time I use it, it texts me to tell me how much I've spent. I can look up my details online, including up to date Statements, there's a telephone help line and so much more. Considering this from a retailer and not a bank, it's a very hard act to follow! Reviewed on: 3rd February 2023

Login security easy to use.

I closed 3 credit cards recently because the new methods they used to improve security were too onerous. Tescos card security works for me. Reviewed on: 17th January 2023

Good company

We got a credit card through tesco and they have been great. We got it online and it was very easy and got processed very quickly. They always keep you up to date on charges and your latest statement. They are friendly when you do need to speak to someone and the app is easy to navigate Reviewed on: 15th August 2022
