Excellent Customer Service

I would like to highlight the excellent customer service provided by Louise. Not only did Louise take time to understand my situation, she explored options as well as finding out about aspects neither of us were sure of. Some good some not so good

After initial issues with the first contact Aaron: delay in sending me forms and then establishing he had delayed / not passed the completed forms to a relevant section, I have been dealing with Mandy, who does seem to be far more efficient and is helping progress my application. Professional and friendly

Mia at Mortguage services switched our mortgage deal with no fuss at all. She was friendly, professional and very efficient and a credit to the family building society. She followed up all the steps with a telephone call, her communication was excellent. Reviewed on: 18th May 2023

My experience with FBS

There are very few Building Societies and Banks who will lend to seniors in retirement or still working in retirement.. I cannot recommend FSB to highly. This lender has employees and staff who are dedicated to this section of the market. From the initial phone in contact to the New Business section I was treated with care, consideration and understanding. I would like to Sible out Louise Taylor who embodies all the qualities that this lender offers. Thanks to her and the underwriting team, both of whom have a 'can do attitude'my wife and I can look forward to leaving our rental days behind. Try them out. You won't be disappointed..
