Excellent Briefing Rescues Client

With my mortgage product coming to its end in March, i selected another product in January but then failed to provide written confirmation. On phoning FBS today, I discovered my selection was no longer available. But, the FBS agent I spoke with (Serena) led me by the hand through options available, I made my selection, and the show was back on the road. A pleasure to deal with!

Great people to deal with. Obviously very well trained as regards the products they offer, they have a kind and human approach to customers and in my experience cannot do enough to help. Very good listeners, intelligent and cheerful - and in my own case (as an expat looking for a buy-to-let mortgage) undoubtedly offered the best product around.
