Bond No 3.

Just renewed are bond again this is no 3. First time we drove to Epsom staff in Branch opposite M&S was very nice & helpful we sat at the tables & filled out the easy paper work. At 3 year when we renewed we again drove to Epsom & did the paper in branch & topped up the bond. This time starting year 5 we posted the renew paper work via R/M 1st class post sign for to be safe with another top up. I phoned to check something & the office staff are just friendly & helpful as in branch. They needed to check into my query & rang me with-in 15-20 mins. We have always found the F.B.S service out standing you would be hard pushed to get this level from the big fishes. Reviewed on: 25th January 2022

Not safe sending emails

not easy to register

Hi, I found or should I say couldn't find where to register for online access that easy. I searched in vain for some time before contacting your helpdesk by email. Only when going through your website again did I eventually find where to register. It would be much much more efficient if you had your register button next to the Log in button. Family Building Society Review

We have Premium Saver and Capital 90 accounts that prohibit further deposits which in turn prevent us from having our pensions paid into these accounts. This is daft as it deprives the Family Building Society of a steady inflow of funds and forces us to invest in another Building Society. Reviewed on: 15th November 2021
