Surprisingly easy to open Windfall Bond, the attractive monthly prize draw a nice enticement with current interest rates so poor across the board. Reviewed on: 13th November 2020

Professional and efficient while being helpful and friendly.

User friendly language and website. Easy to navigate and follow instructions - but if further help or advice required, efficient replies and again, very easy to understand language without unnecessary "waffle". Impressed throughout. Reviewed on: 12th November 2020

the real odds of winning

I understand that there about active 8000 bonds in the windfall scheme. Given that each bond is issued with 15000 tickets and that there are only 21 prizes each month, then - as I understand - the odds of one bond winning is 8000*15000/21= odds of 5,714,285 to one. Very poor and nothing like premium bond odds! Reviewed on: 12th November 2020

Excellent savings account

The website is straightforward and I have no trouble using it. In these times the Society are doing well to maintain interest rates at their current level -much appreciated. Reviewed on: 11th November 2020

Poor management

The manager I spoke to in customer services was rude and obnoxious, she was pretty much using a condescending tone throughout. Not how I expect to be treated after being a valued member who has been with the family for years. Reviewed on: 19th October 2020

A real Building Society in 2020

Clear website, windfall bond is a good offer

The windfall bond is a good offer, especially now interest rates are so low. My only issue with the website is that I have to enter my husband's details for every joint bond, which is tedious. It should be possible to store both names for a joint account. Reviewed on: 7th October 2020
