Unblocking account

I understand that there is a long delay ,waiting to get through on the phone, 20 mins- as you are so busy- and I did appreciate the option to have a call back to avoid waiting on the phone . I didn’t take up this option - hence the longish wait .Once through - the service I received was professional, helpful and friendly - and the problem of unblocking my account - my own fault ,was quickly resolved . Helpful Customer Service

I had to contact FBS by phone as the information I needed wasn't on the website. The call was answered quickly and Lisa answered my query immediately. She also took the time to guide me to the relevant page on the website to download the relevant form Reviewed on: 3rd October 2025

Great customer care.

My account was locked, some interest had been reinvested which I was expecting to be forwarded to my nominated account, however after a conversation with Donika and security check both problems were resolved in a friendly and professional manner. Reviewed on: 30th September 2025
