Among the best rates of interest and excellent service

I first used NCBS ,the former name for The Family Building Society 46 years ago and have saved with them ever since because they were the only B Society to give me a mortgage as a single woman. Their rates and service have been consistently good over all that time Reviewed on: 27th July 2019

"Family" is the correct term

I like being with FBS, as they retain the feel of Building Societies of the past. A quick, personal but professional, helpful service when needed. That said, they are very much in touch with today's needs, the website is really easy to navigate and the Market Tracker Saver offers a more competitive return than most other providers. New kid on the block

The windfall bond is a well known concept yet this society is the only one to offer it as a savings product. The application was simple and the administration quick and efficient. I'd use the society for other services now. Reviewed on: 27th July 2019

Interesting products and FCSC backed

Some interesting products, e.g. Windfall Bond, that are totally unique. Small and competent building society and backed by full FSCS cover for peace of mind. I discovered this company searching for a safe savings account with small return but also with the opportunity of greater return and I chose the Windfall Bond .. I haven't won yet but I also still have my money safe and getting a small return of interest. Reviewed on: 27th July 2019

A great tracker savings product
