Setting up a new account

I was having trouble setting up a new account online so l popped into the branch. I was met by Alexis and Stephanie who took their time to set this up for me and answered all of my questions. Nothing beats face to face conversations regardless of how Al enabled our world becomes. I had a really nice experience. Thank you ladies. Communications

All transactions online are excellent and easy to operate. Contact via telephone is a longer process as I had to wait at least 10 mins on two occasions and gave up on another. On the third occasion I managed to speak to Dylan who resolved the issue. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025
