easy to use instant access and currently good interest rate

The staff are really helpful and the online account is easy to use. You just need to check the interest rate (currently a whopping 5.1% and so ahead of the rest) and remember that you can only withdraw up to £25,000 a day (if you have more to save) - but for an instant access account it's unusual. Gillian Collard answered my query quickly and professionally and put my mind at rest that everything was OK

I couldn't access my online banking to check whether a large transfer had arrived safely. Gillian was able to explain what I had done wrong and assured me that all would be well which it is now. Incredibly efficient, understanding and friendly staff

I have an ongoing dispute with Tesco Bank about transferring my FBS ISA to them (only because of a higher interest rate). Tesco have been very unhelpful. Mia Tudor was patient and kind in understanding the issue, and went over and above to find out what was going on. Reviewed on: 11th September 2023

Great service

After thinking that my request for a missing Interest Certificate would be a nightmare, the issue was really straightforward. This was mainly I think because Mia, the customer service agent, was so helpful and efficient. She was also super friendly. Within 30 minutes she had emailed the certificate to me via a secure link.
