The staff both in branch and on the telepohne are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. It would however, be a great advantage to be able to see your password as you type it so that you could spot errors and rectify them. It can be time consuming if you have made an error e.g. typed a capital letter by mistake but you do not know what the error is. The savings rates are however very competitive and hard to beat! Easy and friendly customer service

I was locked out of my account and called to get it unlocked. It was easy to do and the lady (I forget her name) was patient and waited on the call until I was able to get back in. The whole thing was pretty quick. Reviewed on: 11th November 2025

So efficient and pleasant to deal

So efficient and pleasant to deal with on the phone and really competitive interest rates. Unlike many, they still do postal accounts which we much prefer but you can do online if you so wish. Also you can phone them and they are very helpful. Documents come through quickly on postal accounts and with a Certificate. So, this is why we would recommend them. Reviewed on: 31st October 2025
