Instant access account, good interest, easy to open!

Really easy to open online, with a good interest rate & instant access. This was followed up with written confirmation & some answers to existing customers queries, they listen! Reviewed on: 6th April 2023

Very helpful assistance

With the online ‘secure messaging’ facility they helped me with two recent investment switches. Also when there was a problem with an application form delayed in the post they rang me when it arrived and dealt with it straight away. Reviewed on: 31st March 2023

We have to balance the interests of our savers and our borrowers, who pay the interest that savers receive.
