Refreshing and professional

A Breath of Fresh Air

Spoke with a chap called Arron this morning. Scoring him 10/10 for the courteous customer service with nothing too much trouble. Approachable by phone and helpful

As more high-street banks close, being able to talk to a real person not a bot, and without waiting forever is increasingly important. Vital when it involves money. The FBS can be reached by phone and the operatives are polite and efficient. Gill helped me do what I wanted to do today. Reviewed on: 16th June 2023

Account creation crashed at the end

Fair interest rates

Very poor facilities and website

The website is a complete mess . You have to navigate endlesy to find how to withdraw from your own account. and then it leads nowhere . Reviewed on: 1st June 2023
