The insurance emporium covered our dog Tilly for quite a few years towards the end.The premiums were competitive,with Tilly not needing any claim with them at all until 18 months prior to us losing her.She had a ct scan,followed by mri followed by a brain surgery for a tumour.all 3 claims paid within days of paperwork being submitted.18 months after ,and Tilly’s monthly premium only going up by £14 per month after her previous claims totalling nearly £10000 and we unfortunately needed to claim again for another ct,and then we lost her .again they paid within days,and were so good when I had to make the call to end the insurance on her loss.we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if we ever feel ready to have another dog Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Customer Service experience was good.

When my quote for pet insurance renewal came back with an added 50% I was somewhat surprised. I called the Insurance Emporium and the advisor I spoke to was very helpful and managed to reduce the fee while providing the same cover. It was a real relief to be able to speak to a human being and not initially have to go through voice message/chatbots and 50 different number option, it also didn't take long to get through.
