Customer Service experience was good.

When my quote for pet insurance renewal came back with an added 50% I was somewhat surprised. I called the Insurance Emporium and the advisor I spoke to was very helpful and managed to reduce the fee while providing the same cover. It was a real relief to be able to speak to a human being and not initially have to go through voice message/chatbots and 50 different number option, it also didn't take long to get through. We have had many pets insured by Pet Emporium over a number of years. They have always been quick to answer calls, and settle up claims very quickly.
