Great equine insurer

Feel everything I need is covered very easily for my horse with The Insurance Emporium Reviewed on: 7th September 2023

Very expensive

I was a customer for 5 years my premium went up ever year so much for loyalty I looked around on line as I was paying more for a 5 year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier with no claims since a puppy than what I was for my car insurance. I got insurance elsewhere for half the price and double the cover. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Easy

We had to make some big claims when our puppy got meningitis. I gave the forms to the 2 vets they completed their part and the money went back into my account within days. Easy, simple without fuss. Upgraded our pet insurance since. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Excellent !!!

We had a wee Dog who developed Cancer on his Spleen ,We had to take him to Emergency Vets twice which cost £1000 each time ,we were obviously in a very distressed state but the service between Insurance Emporium and Emergency Vets and then the Normal Vets was seamless,all we had to do was give our Vets a copy of our insurance certificate and then we filled out a simple claim form .We paid the excess of £80 and Insurance Emporium sorted most of the rest ,there was a little bit left for us to pay ,which was doable but literally Insurance Emporium paid out thousands on our behalf ,without them we could not have paid for Jack’s care which would have even more difficult,we couldn’t recommend Insurance Emporium enough ,we are still with them with our new Dog Fin.We wouldn’t be without it . Extremely helpful

Great Value for Money

We’ve been with the Emporium for quite a few years now, and have insured four dogs, all with various ailments in their older years. The Emporium have always come up trumps with no hassle, timely settlements on the claims. Recommended. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Safe in the knowledge

The insurance Emporium has made my life a little less worrisome. People have very busy lives these days to the point where it’s very hard to juggle everything and keep on top of it all. I get on with all that safe in the knowledge that should any of my lovely kitty cats ever need help or treatment, I don’t have to worry about paying for it. Insurance Emporium has got my back.
