When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Customer Service experience was good.

When my quote for pet insurance renewal came back with an added 50% I was somewhat surprised. I called the Insurance Emporium and the advisor I spoke to was very helpful and managed to reduce the fee while providing the same cover. It was a real relief to be able to speak to a human being and not initially have to go through voice message/chatbots and 50 different number option, it also didn't take long to get through. We have had many pets insured by Pet Emporium over a number of years. They have always been quick to answer calls, and settle up claims very quickly. Best Insurance Ever.

My dachshund has required 2 surgeries for IiVDD- on both occasions Pet Emporium has dealt directly with the vets and paid directly. No paperwork required on my part, making a stressful time so much easier. Fantastic polices at realistic prices. Good product and customer service

Offers good customer service and pays out claims quickly and efficiently which is a load off your mind when your pet is sick. Renewing your policy can be a stressful time but each year the amount hasn't increased a crazy amount which is really good Reviewed on: 20th August 2024
