They do what they promise to do

The Insurance Emporium is a very straight forward and easy to sign up insurance provider. Very happy with my pet insurance policy. Also, they are always quite responsive. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Very Fair and Thoughtful

We have insured our dog with The Insurance Emporium for several years and have had to make some claims. The Insurance Emporium were always swift at acknowledging claims and also very fair. As our dog aged and premiums inevitably went up they did their best to find appropriate cover from their products at an affordable price. Sadly our dog had to be put down in August and we were touched to receive an email from The Insurance Emporium expressing their condolences. We will be getting a new dog soon and we will have no hesitation in returning to The Insurance Emporium for our pet insurance. We are pleased to recommend them to others. Worthy

Have been with Emporium for a few years now. Have the lifetime cover for our border collie. Although prices go up every year regardless of a claim or not, Emporium are always engaged to help keeping rates to a minimum. We have claimed twice and the process is very seamless. The resolution timescales are acceptable. Despite the excess to pay and various T&Cs that reduce the overall amount claimed, Emporium have followed up and explained every step of the process. Satisfied with the service, maybe not so much the cost bit but it starts with Vets having to do their efforts and massively reduce their rates. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Great experience

Great Insurance at resonable prices

I've had my dogs past and present insured with the Insurance Emporium for 10 years. They're very easy to deal with and provide insurance at reasonable prices. Also when the renewal for the policy is due there are no nasty surprises like I've had with other insurance companies. The premiums for one dog reduced per month.
