Have always settled claims

Helpful on the phone

So helpful on the phone when adding a new pet (well, one I'd forgotten to insure previously). Good explanations of products to help me decide, and good prices too. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Good trustworthy company

Unfortunately I had to claim on my pet insurance when one of my dogs became long term poorly. The Insurance Emporium were there to offer help and advice and paid up on every claim over a very long period until the sad day came and our dog left us. I still have my other two dogs insured with them and have never found another company that offers the same level of cover at a cheaper price! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Great Price and Peace of mind.

I have been with the Insurance Emporium over two years now and am delighted with their costs. I have a lifetime plan for my fog which gives me very generous cover. It was reasonable when I bought it but am delighted to say that the increase in premiums was minimal - far less than expected. They represent great value! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

What a Pleasant surprise!

Brilliant

The insurance emporium have been magnificent to deal with. They have paid out promptly and continue to do so when are dog, who is twelve had mouth cancer. They deal directly with our vet and have made, what is a really sad situation less stressful. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Great service and very supportive

I've used The Insurance Emporium for the past 5 years since I got my dog Belle and have made a couple of claims. Each time they have been friendly, professional and knowledgeable as well as extremely supportive during the stressful time of having a sick pet. Highly recommended them! Great insurance company
