Simply the best

When one of our dogs took ill last October and I had to make a few claims insurance Emporium were fast to help. I phoned them and gave our vet permission to claim straight through the insurance. This could not have been easier. It made me feel confident that I wouldn't be out of pocket by too much as the insurance covered a lot of my claim. The first payment has to be made direct to the vet but I didn't have to wait too long for the money back. First ever insurance claim

I have recently had to put in for my first ever insurance claim, which in this instance was for my pet! She has recently gone through a traumatic experience for her, being attacked by a fox which left her with infections and broken bones. As this was my first claim I was sceptical about what to do and what I was actually covered for. The lady who I spoke with was so informative and really empathetic of the situation. Reasonably priced and delivers on claims!

Pet insurance can be an emotive subject - this is the health and well-being of our best friends. Domino is an elderly horse, but The Insurance Emporium have maintained reasonable monthly prices. When he had a freak accident in the field and I was presented with the options of having him put to sleep, his eyeball removed, or a hugely expensive operation at the UK’s eye specialist referral horse hospital, The Insurance Emporium made it an easy choice.
