Amazing company and helpful staff

I have had a policy for my existing horse with yourselves for over 2 years now from friends reccomendations, he's an old lad now and every question I have needed answering they have done so professionally and accurately! I would have no issue recommending the company to others as friends on my yard have needed to claim on their insurances and payouts have been no issue either! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

I have insured my horses though Insurance Emporium for the last few years. They are competitive within the marketplace and if ever I have had a problem with any of my animals that required veterinary intervention, I have found Insurance Emporium to be extremely easy to deal with and they have made prompt payment against my claim. Superb Hassle Free Pet Insurance

I have an old Labrador with some long term conditions which unfortunately means having to claim a few times a year. I always receive friendly and efficient service. The policy is good value and I have never had any hassle over claims. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
