My go-to provider for pet insurance

I was so impressed with the Insurance Emporium that I decided to insure my second horse with them without looking elsewhere first. I have to make a big, complicated claim and they made it all so easy with no questions asked. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Great no "quibbles" service

Been with the Insurance Emporium for about 5 years now. Our cat has developed an ongoing illness which has meant repeated claims for both vets and medication. Our claims have always been dealt with quickly and without fuss. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Very sympathetic and understanding

We recently lost our beautiful baby girl Bologense dog Mabel after a very short illness. I can honestly say the insurance emporium were absolutely brilliant in the way the helped me sort out my claim. Kind, sympathetic and very helpful. Thank you Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

No Response

We made a claim through out veterinary practice at least two months ago. No response. Not impressed. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Reply from The Insurance Emporium Good afternoon, We are sorry to hear of your comments. Unfortunately we are not able to review your claim for your without any policy details. We have found one policy where a claim form was requested in July 2023, however nothing has been received from a Veterinary Practice. If this is the policy, then it might be worth checking with the treating vets practice to ensure they have sent through to the correct email address. Amazing comprehensive lunar policy! Highly recommend!

Ron-Dog has The Insurance Emporium's 'lunar policy', meaning that he has £6k veterinary fees benefit each month, rather than yearly. Yes, we pay more for this, & happily, as it gives us such peace of mind, knowing we're fully covered should the worse happen. We have made claims in the past, & they're been settled so quickly, & as the policy holder, I'm regularly kept up to date with the progression of a claim. I would 100% recommend this policy, and the company to anyone looking for hassle free, comprehensive pet insurance! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
