Poor Service when making a claim

When you make a claim with this insurance company it is a nightmare. Understandably they want to know all the in and outs but their response back is in all company and political jargon. Straightforward claim

My cat fell ill and needed emergency care on a Sunday. Having him insured took the financial worry away and we got him treated with an overnight stay at the vets. It was easy to download a form from the insurance website and hand it in to the vets receptionist and they took care of the rest. We had to pay the excess but it would’ve cost us over £800 if he wasn’t insured. So we’re glad we had The Insurance Imporium to fall back on. The claim was dealt with within a few weeks and our cat is now well again. Reviewed on: 11th October 2023
