Fantastic company!

Absolutely pleasure to deal with, made my 2 claims within 2 weeks of each other on 2 different horses so straight forward and hassle free and paid settlements extremely quickly. Would highly recommend this company and rates are extremely competitive. Reviewed on: 18th September 2023

Quick and efficient service

I found the Insurance Emporium to be very quick at responding when I put in an insurance claim for my dogs vets bills. The system for claiming back was simple and straightforward. Reasonable priced insurance with all benefits

I've not had to claim yet and hopefully won't have to to judge how easy it would be to claim. But a very good price with it much cheaper than for my other dog but with same benefits. Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

Great insurance provider

I have recently had to claim for care of my cat & emporium responded quickly to tell me my claim was being processed- the claim was settled & paid with no quibbles. I have also used them historically for claims regarding my dog & the experience was good then too. All very straight forward which is just what you need from your insurance provider. waste of time insurance

My cat ate a lilly so needed to stay in hospital for 2 nights 2 be treated. Basic treatment, just needed charcoal food and an IV, total cost was well within the insurance limit but this junk insurance doesn't cover for hospital fees except for the first £40. £40!!! are we having a laugh? It's my fault as I didn't read the small print but I went and got other quotes and none of the other providers have such an absurd clause. Definitely won't be renewing this garbage policy, not worth the paper it is written on Reviewed on: 14th September 2023

The limitation of £40.00 for hospitalisation is transparently detailed within the Vet's Fees section of the policy wording; this relates specifically to the accommodation, and does not include investigation or costs for treatment provided during the stay.
