For once, insurance that's straightforward

Didn't anticipate having a cat but a young male wandered in and showed no signs of leaving; he needed food and looking after. Despite weeks of searching for an owner and nobody claiming him, I had him chipped and neutered and he became ours. Then had to look at insurance, which is something I dread. I always feel insurance companies have an underlying agenda in not wanting to pay out and the forms/questions can be complicated and vague so I get stressed. This time, everything was quick, easy and uncomplicated. I guess, the proof of the pudding will be if I ever have to make a claim, which I really hope I don't and if the premiums go up too much after initially taking the policy out. The customer service at emporium is brilliant, not only are they very caring and helpful they are very professional. Each time I have had to make a claim, I have received the funds within a week.
