Quick and Easy

My cat had to spend some time in the hospital and have a number of tests and medications over a couple of weeks. The Insurance Emporium covered the majority of the cost and the monies were paid out to me quickly with no quibble. Forms were easy to complete and submit. Hassle free

Quick easy, so far every claim had to make for my dogs ongoing condition have been paid, I've just submitted claim they email me to say they've received it and will review it and then after a few weeks I'll get paid. Only slight complaint is that the excess they take is quite high even for claims made for same issue, but happy overall as I was worried once claimed they'd put my monthly payment up but so far they haven't :) Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

Excellent

Excellent service, made a few claims and all went through with no problems, even paid out for dental work when dog broke 2 teeth on a stick. I don’t even bother looking around for a better quote, just let it auto renew. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023
