Easy to deal with, friendly and easy to get through to by phone or electronically

Insured my dogs, horses and trailer with them for over 15 years with No complaints Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

Excellent Service at a Great Price!

I insure 2 horses and have had to claim 3 times on one of them. The claim process was easy and problem free. I was expecting a hugh increase in premiums but it's still the best price around. I'd recommend them anytime. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

Easy and Affordable

I now have both my dogs insured with Emporium, which I found offers a good level of cover at a reasonable cost. Is there cheaper? maybe but when reading the exceptions etc. cheaper is not always cost effective Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

I have had to call on the Insurance Emporium for various injuries to my accident prone 2 year old Spaniel. I found the process straightforward and claims have been dealt with promptly. Excellent communication
