My previous dog became seriously I'll and the service I received from the company was efficient and caring. When my dog died the company automatically cancelled the policy and refunded an overpayment. I then received a letter of condolence. I felt they genuinely cared. I recommend them highly. Would absolutely recommend Insurance Emporium for your pe insurance

Our flat coated retriever is very sadly coming towards the end of his life, having been diagnosed with cancer last December. We absolutely adore him and are struggling to come to terms with losing him. The last thing that we would have needed was the extra worry of how to pay the vet and oncology bills. Our policy with Insurance Emporium has been fantastic - there has been no quibble with any payments, which has helped enormously. Their customer service assistance had been impeccable! We will definitely be looking for a quote from them when our other dogs policy with another company finishes in January. Reviewed on: 4th September 2023

I have used The Insurance Emporium for over 35 years for all my Horses & Dogs. The customer service is second to none. The reassurance of prompt settling of Veterinary Invoices in times of need has been a godsend in Veterinary treatment when required. Thank you for your kind & continuing care.
