Been there for me

Great customer service

When I rang to renew my pet insurance, Deanna was brilliant. She was helpful, friendly and made a ordinarily complicated decision easy and straightforward. For some reason my insurance didn't auto renew so I found that my insurance had expired. I was won over by her great attitude, expertise and how she resolved my situation efficiently. Best insurance

Although I havent (touch wood) needed to actually use the insurance it was really simple to join. My friend had suggested the Insurance emporium as all her animals are with them and they have been fantastic! Reviewed on: 1st September 2023
