When my cat was diagnosed with cancer, you did your best to assist me, making claims and paying out promptly. One thing I would say is its a shame the vets don't deL with you directly, as some of the costs can be a bit hard to find the money for, even for a short time till you pay back. But overall your premiums are very competitive and I would have no hesitation in recommending the insurance emporium to anyone Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

Not easy to deal with

I made a quote online and it came back as £617, the next day I went to purchase it and the quote refreshed to £660. I called through to customer service, the first agent I spoke to asked me for the quote number I asked where would I find this she said she was not sure then said she would go through the quote over the phone with me so I agreed. There was 30 seconds of silence and I said yeah let’s go through it and she said so do you want to do the quote over the phone, I agreed again and then she asked the same thing again, I hung up as I was not getting anywhere. I called through again and the agent I spoke to said “your horse is a year older over night that’s why it’s gone up” when this was not the case. She asked for the quote reference, I asked where I could find this and she was not sure. She then said on her system my online quote was coming up at £800. She then said she can’t do anything unless I provide her with a quote reference or a screen shot. Long story short your staff could do with a bit of a buzz session on how your online system works. Also the way your pricing works is just beyond me. The whole journey you guys were as useful as a chocolate teapot. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023
