Very helpful when claiming for puppy, and payment was made in a very reasonable time

My young puppy was found to have leg calf Perthes disease so had to have her the ball of her hip removed I had not made very many payments but all of my claim was paid. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Excellent Customer Service

I have needed to make a substantial claim for my dog who needed 3 operations in a short space of time. I didn't think for one minute that everything would be covered as it was very expensive, but to my surprise, all I have had to pay is the excess. The staff were very helpful throughout the claims process and I have had no issues at all with the overall service from this Company. Terrific for affordable elderly pet insurance

In the past I had difficulty finding an insurance product that was affordable as my pet cats got older. I thought that I would have to either leave them uninsured and try to just save a wee bit each month (which in reality would probably never have happened!) I then found The Insurance Emporium which gives me all the cover I need for my cat and although I'll hopefully never need the cover at least I know it's there and Archie will get any care that may be necessary.
