Had a few claims since November 22 with one of my dogs. Customer Service have always been very helpful. I have had no complaints with the speedy response and the settlement of claims put in. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Horse Insurance with the Insurance Emporium

Stress free pet insurance.

We have 2 dogs insured& in an ideal world, we would never need to claim. However, not living in that world, one of our dogs has needed on-going treatment & drugs, & The Insurance Emporium have dealt with our claim(s) quickly & efficiently, helping to reduce the stress involved. At any one time I have had 4 dogs insured with The Insurance Emporium at any one time. The reason I insure my dogs wit them is the monthly renewable contracts which gives much larger benefit payments should the need arise as the benefit also renews each month.
