the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

When we made a claim for our Dog they were brilliant.

When we had to make a claim for our Doberman they were really good, it’s an ongoing condition and they pay very quickly. When I’ve spoken on the phone they are friendly, professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Very helpful during a claim for my Tim Bob

Very helpful during a claim for my Tim Bob when he suddenly developed a lump on his head. Empathetic customer service and clarity over what was included in my policy cover and what was not. Claims were promptly paid out. No hesitation to recommend. Reviewed on: 20th August 2024

Great support and help when its needed

I am beyond grateful for the support and service that I have received from the Insurance Emporium team. I live alone with my Golden Doodle, Billie, and when she ruptured both her cruciate ligaments it was a very stressful time. I found the whole process so easy, stress free and I was fully supported.
