After buying my first horse and having nothing but issues with him . Horse emporium have always been there. They have made the whole claims process easy to follow which I was very new to. They paid either myself or my vets and promptly. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Always been very friendly over the phone and explained things whenever I was unsure. I have had my dog insured with The Insurance Emporium for over 4 years. They are absolutely brilliant, always polite and courteous staff when calling to query something on my policy or in relation to a claim . Decent insurance company for horses. The small print is very small so be sure to read it (you pay 17 percent of the vet bill still) but good customer service so far. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023
