Excess

My Pet was sedated and two sets of X-rays taken for two different problems but covered under the same sedation I was charged 2 policy excess charges ! Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

It's difficult to fully advise regarding the claim without checking the details fully, however if two separate conditions have been confirmed by your Vets, then separate excesses would apply, this is so each condition has a separate cover limit, to be able to submit costs for. Massive increases

Every year they massively increase my premium but they know I cannot go elsewhere as my dog has an ongoing condition - feel trapped! Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

Excellent value and customer services.

Having recently rescued a dog from MTAR my fur baby had had some issues. The cover I'm receiving for her is perfect and customer services were very clear in stating what would be covered. Having used TIE before for my cat I knew I couldn't be disappointed with the help, information and cover I now have for my fur baby. Thankyou Reviewed on: 16th August 2023

Easy and Hassle Free

We currently have our cat registered with Emporium it was easy to set up and they give you plenty of time to look at the renewal documents to check you are happy. My family also uses emporium for some of our other pets including horses and dogs. Reviewed on: 15th August 2023

Pet insurance claim paid

Excellent value, no quibble or fuss service. Just brilliant!

I have made a couple of claims for my 2 cats and found the process very straightforward and claims were settled promptly. There has never been any quibble, at sometimes very emotional times for myself and I think the insurance I have is great value for money. Reviewed on: 14th August 2023
