I Would recommend

I have been with The Insurance Emporium for several years now, the price of my pet insurance cost is very reasonable and cheaper than the comparing websites. It's also easy to set up your insurance with them and if you have any problems they are always happy to help. Insurance didnt cover euthanasia

Recently had to have my 14 year old cat put to sleep as he was very ill.. and eventually he had a stroke and went blind and couldn't stand up or even walk..a decision was taken to have him put to sleep as he had been ill for some time and was suffering. Put in the insurance claim only for it to be refused because the policy didn't cover euthanasia apparently. So this insurance company expect you to pay for if yourself ( despite paying over £30 a month to them for years) i can not recommend this company Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Our policies do not cover the costs of euthanasia or cremation under the general policy terms. There can be an optional benefit upon purchase, that will cover the costs of these for both injury and illness, until a pet reaches the age of 8, where only claims under injury will be considered. Best value insurance

We took out insurance with Emporium for our previous dog who unfortunately died, their response to our claim was quick and vey sympathetic, when we adopted our current dog they were so very helpful in sorting out our insurance cover, we recommend them to everyone, 10/10 Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
