Stress free insurance

I was struggling to find pet insurance at a competitive price and that covered our needs when I came across the insurance emporium . The staff member I spoke to on the phone was brilliant and very helpful, she explained everything clearly and made me feel confident that this was the company I should go with . good product

I cover all my horses (4) and myself as a rider and have had to claim a couple of times. It has been straight forward and prices don't sky rocket after a claim the increase was understandable Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Amazing

Great Company

Straightforward to organise and renew pet insurance and I don't feel I am being 'ripped off' just because I have an older dog. A fair price I think for the cover I am receiving. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023

Great value for money

We insure three cats with The Insurance Emporium and get a multi cat discount. It's really good value for money costing just over £35 per month for all three of them. We've been with this company for several years now and from our experience they've always provided really good old fashion customer service which these days is sadly lacking in most businesses/ services. Great service and value for money

My dog had to have an operation which cost over £1000. As the cost of my insurance is fairly low, I wasn't expecting to get much back from Emporium but I received a vast amount back and the payment was made quickly, which I was obviously delighted with. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2023
