When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Customer service is top notch.

Fast, efficient and reassuring service.

My dachshund developed a lump and the insurance emporium covered the removal. We encountered swift cover and payment. Our aging dogs have had life time cover since pups, and for years no claims were made, but now a fair few, and we have peace of mind with the tnsurance emporium. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024

They are quick to deal with claims

They are quick to deal with claims, either direct from the vet or myself. Getting expensive with an older cat, but that is to be expected. Reviewed on: 5th August 2024

Insure six dogs

Outstanding

Iv had emporium for the last 4 years and had to claim a handful of time and every time has been so simple, never had a problem, they have made it so quick and easy to do and the customer service is 10/10 Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024

Customer service unbeatable

The process was easy and when my dog had to have emergency surgery thier customer service was unmatched rhey even spoke with the vets directly for us to sort the insurance as we were not in mental state to figure it all out they have been fantastic Reviewed on: 3rd August 2024
