Luckily, I have never had to make a claim, but from what I understand they are one of the best to deal with. I have had a policy with them for 5 years now for my horse. They are always a good price and when I have had a payment issue they have helped me resolve it quickly. Their phone lines are never too busy and someone friendly always answers the phone.
