There when we needed it

I was very concerned when my young cat needed a hip operation after breaking his hip but there were no issues with paying out and everyone we spoke to was so caring, our policy hasn’t really increased in price and we’re very happy staying with the Insurance Emporium! Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

A good pet Insurance provider

My daughter recommended the Insurance Emporium for insuring my two Yorkshire terriers and I have full cover for them.As one of my dogs has a skin problem I have to make a regular claim, but I feel assured that the Insurance Emporium will make it easy for me and give me peace of mind. Never an issue

My collie is epileptic and she has been in and out of vets for over 3 years (not just her epilepsy relating either, shes cut her leg open and needed xrays for hip dysplasia) and they have never once questioned any of my claims. Since getting her in 2019 with insurance at £19 a month and many claims since it has only gone up to £31 a month. If you ever need to speak to them they are quick to get hold of and always friendly and helpful. Best insurance company i have been with. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023
