When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Really comprehensive cover for cross breed dog with easy to navigate online options. Customer service over the phone excellent too when I set the account up with a missing digit on my bank account, got payment sorted out without fuss, they were helpful and understanding. Did price comparison 2 years running & it offers the best value for me. In addition for the first time ever I made a claim, renewal(that I'd made a claim) did not affect the cover-as with other providers. Communication has been quick and clear - great customer service Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
